Curious if there's a way to whitelist TOR exit nodes only via outbound connections (assume he wants to connect to TOR) and then only allow established connections back through inbound with IPtables. This would eliminate other users on TOR from being allowed to hit your WAN IP with a hammer due to them being whitelisted.
 
I will mention again a source of more lists than you can 'shake a stick at' !!!

You're correct, that site does have a large collection of lists; However, I still would caution users to research what lists they choose off of there specifically block.

100% agree.

Block lists etc are not a random game.
As always understand what they do, where they have been derived from and what you gain & lose by using them.
