    DomainVPNRouting Domain VPN Routing

Been watching the thread for a while, but finally got around to installing and tinkering with the script. So far it seems to be working well (I think) ensuring I get U.S. content for Netflix, Hulu, Max, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+, and Peacock. Used IPFoo to grab a bunch of domains...

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

I just switched to Kernel mode. The subnet routes to the RPis stopped working. I then switched back to Userspace mode and they immediately started working again.

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

I don’t have enough technical know-how to explain why things seem to be working fine in Userspace mode vs Custom mode. Apart from advertising routes and the exit node (both used in both modes), the only additional flag I was attempting to run in Custom mode was --accept-dns=false. I have QoS...

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

I’ve now switched to Userspace Mode using the subnet and exit node options and everything works as expected.

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

Yes, subnet routes are approved in the console. I’m attempting accces via SSH and local IP addresses, which I’ve never had an issue with when using the RPi as the subnet router. I first wanted to try to replicate exactly the settings I had with my RPi, per the description in my post. I’ve...

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

Running into a few kinks and I can’t quite figure out why. Prior to having Tailscale on my AX86U via TAILMON, I ran subnet routes through one of my Tailscale-enabled Raspberry Pis, primarily for the purpose of accessing my router and a few RPi-based servers when outside my home. Everything...

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

Finally got around to installing and configuring TAILMON for the first time. Using custom mode with subnet routes on, exit node on, and accept dns=false. Works brilliantly! Thank you, all!

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

So what are the chances TAILMON will be incorporated as an option in amtm in the near term, @thelonelycoder ?

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

I’ve set custom nameservers for my tailnet (the IPs of my AdGuard enabled SBCs) so I can use AdGuard outside the home. If I install Tailscale directly on the router using TAILMON, would it be possible (or would it even be necessary) to set the router to accept-dns=false? Or would the router by...

TAILMON [RELEASE] TAILMON v1.0.12 -May 23, 2024- WireGuard-based Tailscale Installer, Configurator and Monitor (Now available in AMTM!)

Fantastic work, all! I’m a big fan of Tailscale and have it on my personal devices, desktop, several SBCs, and my Apple TVs. I have several subnet routes running through the latter, and I can optionally turn on exit nodes. Outside the home, my phone connects through VPN On-Demand and I use...

Skynet Hundreds of Outbound Blocks from Pi-hole

Thanks for the replies, and sorry for the original lack of specifics. Yes, I am using Unbound (recursive, not as a forwarder). For Skynet I’m currently using https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ViktorJp/Skynet/main/filter.list and am also using country codes for Russia, China, Iran, and North...

Skynet Hundreds of Outbound Blocks from Pi-hole

Hi all, I just got my Pi-hole up and running and noticed in Skynet hundreds of blocked outbound connections originating with the Pi-hole device. Is this normal?

Can’t See Raspberry Pi in Clients List

Rebooting the router appears to have fixed this for now. Odd, though — I’ve never had to reboot the router to get a client to register in the GUI before.

Can’t See Raspberry Pi in Clients List

Hi all, I’m setting up a few Pi-holes on my network and I can’t see them on my clients list on my AX86U running the latest firmware. I had hoped to plug in the unit, identify it on the router, assign a static IP there, and then continue with a headless setup. Since I couldn’t find the Pi, I...

Dirty upgrade from 3004.388.4. So far so good; no issues to report.

IOS 17 update brings ads on Diversion

That’s odd. Disabling Private Wi-Fi address on all devices is a must, but I haven’t had any issues with Diversion working properly leaving Limit IP Address Tracking on.

IOS 17 update brings ads on Diversion

I’ve been running iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 since it released (currently on 17.2 beta 2) and haven’t noticed any issues. I just loaded up several ad heavy websites and didn’t see any ads load. I’m using the large Diversion list.

    Asus homepage times out

Any chance you’re using an iPhone or iPad to access? I recently had a very similar issue running iOS 17.2 beta 1 and the iOS 17.2 beta 2 appears to have fixed it.

    Painfully Slow GUI on AX86U

Thanks again for flagging. Indeed, the iOS and iPadOS 17.2 beta 2 updates appears to have fixed this problem for me.

    Painfully Slow GUI on AX86U

Thanks for flagging. I’ll try it out.
