    Looks like it because I seen around I believe so. Nothing indicates its Coming from a power line. Must be from the roof. No cables around the box just only inside

    You see, this switch here has 2 cables connected as outlined, I believe one says IN and the other one out, or they both say IN. Now on the other one at the bottom of that switch, it says TAP. I don't know if those are the lines coming from outside the pole. So I'm guessing to connect one black...
