    I'd suspect it is something with the switching hardware which prohibits the use of the 2.5G port fir the LAN side. But thanks for the link, dual wan definably needs some improvement over the standard feature!

    I Just found that it is not possible to configure the 2.5Gbit port of the GT-AXE16000 as a LAN port, some googling tells me Asus thinks this is a feature.... Is this a restriction in the closed source part of the code concerning WAN as might be suggested in the "READ THIS FIRST" section? Or...

    I just recieved the RT-AX88U Pro, I was wondering if the VLAN implementation is already available in a Merlin build (either Beta or final)? If not, does anyone have a clue when ASUS will release this in a stable version? I need to decide to go for the ASUS beta firmware or straight to Merlin...

    RT-AX88U Hardware Revision A1 vs A1.1

    I'm confused, I ordered an RT-AX88U Pro and when it arrived it has hardware revison 1.0. I assumed the hardware with the non pro is the same (just different firmware). Does the rev. 1.1 hold for the Pro version (was searching the internet but nothing on this ;) or am I Just being silly ;)

    Double NAT custom DDNS script

    The script looks wonderful, however, I would like to use the free Asus ddns service in a double nat situation. Anyone knows a script that could do that? Is there any documentation on how the asus ddns api should be called?

    I found that script already, it is for the no-ip.com service not the asus service. If I could snif out the traffic to the asus site I could probably figure it out... The internet provider provides the modem, and they do not support bridge mode.
