    I used 2 weeks of beta, and guest AP gave me trouble. Had to switch back to this version, with "wifi Roaming Assistant" disabled, it has been working fine for more than 2 weeks. 10 months since last June and no firmware update. Asus abandoned this router.

    I did. Somehow guest AP did not work well. Switched to 21514 and it has been fine for almost a week.

    I did not see that and did not know this feature... But guest AP has been an issue since 21514, disabling "roaming assisntance" helps. With this beta version it won't work.

    I disabled Roaming assistant and still 2 Thermostats on guest AP are constantly disconnected with Tx/Rx = 1. I gave up and switched back to 21514 with Roaming assistant disabled. If that still doesn't work, I will go back to 23285. I did not have this issue before switching to 21514. I tried...

    News RT-AC68U End of Life Announced by Asus

    It got firmware update not only for bug fixes, but also for new (AiMesh etc.) features, and that is for 10 years. It is an amazing router.

    Finally I got this, Tx/Rx for thermostats are 1, and they lost connection. This is guest network. I will disable "Roaming assistant" to see it that fixes the issue.

    Who knows what ASUS is thinking. But there is a new beta firmware and it is stable: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/asus-gt-ax6000-beta-firmware-version-9-0-0-6_102_33874-2024-02-23.89016 I have used it for 2 weeks and it works fine so far.

    Fixed or broken, it just won't change. Not a big deal. It is just weird there is no BIOS update for 9 months. AX88U Pro has 2 more releases since last June. That model MSRP is lower with less features (less USB and no game LED light).

    After 3 days, AX6000 is still running fine which is great. But I found that the client list has the devices that no at home. My daughter and wife went out but router still shows their iphones in the list. Do you have this issue? It is not bothering me though.

    Will definitely try Friday night. We both work from home and kids use internet constantly. Thank you. Update: Flashed to beta, did full reset and then setup everything. I did not disable Roaming assistant. I had to disable this with 21514 otherwise guest network won't work but I have it...
