    MoCA 2.0 Actiontech ECB6000

I just flashed all 4 of my adapters and will be monitoring to see how they perform over the next few days. :) I also noticed after applying the update that the MoCA encryption settings appeared on the configuration page for those who want to enable it. I left it disabled because my MoCA 2.0...

    MoCA 2.0 Actiontech ECB6000

How does the firmware update even get applied since AFAIK these aren't managed in any way (i.e., the adapters don't request and get an IP address, etc.), and as far as I know, there's no access port on the adapter itself (serial, USB, etc.)? I guess the e-mail from their support told you how to...

    MoCA 2.0 Actiontech ECB6000

Hmmmm.... sounding like buying some of these to run on the extra unused set of coax in this townhouse rental is in my near future... :p :D

    Any MoCA experts out there?

You're right that I have an entire second set of (currently-unused) coax running through the entire house, which is what I was intending on setting the MoCA 2.0 network on. I wasn't even really aware of ethernet-over-coax that wasn't MoCA, but sure enough, a search and I found a couple such...

    RT-AC66U available in June?

It helps to be sure - interactive performance is subjectively greatly improved so it's at least vaguely usable, but actual raw speed is still absolutely killed by having QoS enabled. I guess I'll have to live with QoS turned off for the time-being...

    RT-AC66U available in June?

Same here, wireless is basically completely broken if QoS is enabled. It took me awhile to figure out what was making wireless completely unusable - I'd actually done a factory reset and then started reconfiguring everything one-at-a-time across wireless to see if I could figure out what was...
