TUF-AX3000 V2 poor experience

Has anyone else had experience of this router? I bought this to partner new 1gb Virgin Media speed I was bumped up to but I have had nothing but trouble. There are 2 main issues: Roughly once a week it likes to slowly kick everyone off the 5ghz and place them on the 2.4ghz band. Only...
