Now you have the new Glinet Flint 3, with lower 1,5 GHz processor, No Mesh option till now, Older Openwrt firmware & no rotatable antennas. Other specs / price are great, but I'll stick to Asus.

I dirty updated my RT-AX86U to 388.9 by Latest MerlinAU updater without problems. Got the EULA pop-up, didn't take it. 👍

Do I still need to manually update to 388.8_2 for MerlinAU 1.3.0 to function correctly? Or is this only for Gnuton f/w versions?
