If you have one router that is connected by fiber optic and then have two routers acting as APs (connected by cable) and they all have the same channel number as the fiber-connected router.
Does the client switching automatically between them if you go around the apartment, do they all works as one unit or should the APs have different channel number?
What is the optimum settings for such Instillation?
And could "FastLane" technology be build in FW for ruters?

Main Router is technicolor tg789vac
AP1 ASUS RT-AC68U
AP2 Netgear R7000

Your 2 AP's, and router's should be configured with different channels (2.4ghz - use non-ovelapping channels for your country), and typically, higher channels, if you have them, for 5ghz. (Channel selection should be tested for best throughput).

You router and Access Points can share the same SSID, for roaming, but most clients, do not really roam that well - distance between router and AP's, and clients, also plays a role on how effectively roaming could work. Another part of your set up to test out.

Worst case, use different SSID's, with perhaps some indicator of where you are, in your environment.

If you use an Android phone you can use an app (from play store) called Wifi Analyzer, that will display channels in use arond your environment (your neighbours). The objective, is to use the least congested channels for 2.4ghz and 5ghz. If you use a IOS phone, they should have something similar to wifi Analyzer on their app site

Yes i have tested out both, but as i living in apartment complex i fixed channels for every apartment so they dont clash. So right now I have different SSIDs but same channels on both bands, so that we do not interfere with each other's neighbors' network. This is the layout we use on the 2,4GHz and 5GHz band network, the only WIFI i use is to mobilphones, tablets, WII, WIIU, laptops, clients that can use cable is on cabel and the MAIN router WIFI is off.
