GT-AX6000+RT-AC68U=no aimesh

I was looking to buy an AX58U v2 to use it as a node as they are pretty cheap on Amazon.
Will this setup work better than AX6000 + AC86U as a node?

My opinion? Just test with your AC86U first. If it meets your needs, it's ok. If not, something else needs to be purchased.

That's what I am doing now but with the progress of 3006 I was thinking if I do lose any WiFi capabilities running AC86U as a node instead of a AX node?
My node is wired connected into the kitchen at the opposite side of the house and because there is where we spend the most of the time I've noticed that most of the wifi devices are connected to the node(around 16 counting some iot bulbs, plugs and a camera).
