The test tries to resolve http://192.168.100.1/getRouterStatus - if this page doesn't exist on your modem (or there is a different IP) it will failI have an Arris SB-6141 and when I go to install it tells me the modems not supported. Are there only particular Arris model that work with this?

You can reboot it through the normal web interface if that's what you mean.Found this by fluke. VM have been shocking last week or so. Cheers! Sorry for the hijack but is there a know way of rebooting the SH3 remotely. I know they disabled SSH. Be great to reboot the SH3 when the ASUS router reboots for example
came across this today which has some detailed/technical info on the DOCSIS standards

I noticed the info/links below:
Please note that at this time of writing, the RS counts are not available on the HUB 3 except via a URL:
http://192.168.0.1/walk?oids=1.3.6.1.2.1.10.127.1.1.4.1.3 for Pre-RS errors
http://192.168.0.1/walk?oids=1.3.6.1.2.1.10.127.1.1.4.1.4 for Post-RS errors
@Jack Yaz - Is the Pre-RS stats worth keeping a track of? The values for Post-RS errors are always 0 on my Superhub 3.0 but looking at the Pre-RS errors I do see values there, e.g.

That's perfectly normal in my experience with VM and doesn't usually indicate a problem. Consider that when there is disruption of any sort on your node (e.g. maintenance, faults, etc.) it will generate a lot of errors on your modem. After the fault/maintenance has cleared the number of errors should not increase any more. It is only a concern if the errors are increasing all the time. Unfortunately the only way I know of resetting the error counters is to reboot the modem.
Can you PM me the output of@Jack Yaz I have a RT-AC5300 running .17 Merlin Firmware. Modmon installed fine. I have a Hitron cda3-35 modem and http://192.168.100.1/getRouterStatus brings up the stats page.
When I run the Check Stas now from within Modmon I get Something went wrong trying to retrieve cable modem stats error.
Any ideas?
Thanks

@ Jack Yaz, is there a way I can provide you with the appropriate information for my Netgear modem (CM1150V) to be compatible? I would like to see if this nifty little tool would become available for my modem. Thanks! If the modem provides SNMP/OIDs without needing to authenticate, I can take a look
See post #123.@ Jack Yaz, is there a way I can provide you with the appropriate information for my Netgear modem (CM1150V) to be compatible? I would like to see if this nifty little tool would become available for my modem. Thanks!
This is the only thing i could find on my modem....doubt it will help at all though:For those asking "Is X supported"
The requirements are that your modem exposes the relevant raw data (e.g. SNMP OIDs) for the channel stats etc. behind an unauthenticated page. For example, Virgin Hub 3 hosts this at http://192.168.100.1/getRouterStatus
The output needs to look similar to the below snippet:
