What's up with the ad banners these days...

Not sure why the algorithm thinks I need a new furnace (no, I haven't searched for them, discussed them, or even thought about buying a new furnace so Skynet isn't spying on me) but this morning's round of ads was a doozy...

And no, they aren't adult toys. They're apparently medical training devices.

Could be tied to one of your tracking cookies. Try a different browser just to compare the results.

I cleared all the tracking cookies and tried a 2nd browser both. It doesn't appear related to my browser at all, as if the banner ads are pre-programmed for the day or something. The right margin ads definitely appear to be, though.
