[ASUS AX86U Merlin] Blink Sync Module does not connect (connects to iphone hotspot)

I have a brand new blink sync module 2 which requires 2.4G WIFI

And I have Merlin running on Asus AX86U-PRO

It does not connect to any AX86u-pro's SSIDs (tried regular 2.4 with legacy support enabled, tried guest 2.4 with very simple passwords)

Looking at the log, I do see there is some activity but the module does not connect. It successfully connects to my Iphone's hotspot (I've only run hotspot with maximize compatibility selected)

MAC of the module is 00:03:7F:F0:91:B3
