    And yet you force that rule to be active all the time, even if no VPN is being utilised... and even if no VPN routing rule is being utilised... Because saving any OVPN config just immediately hardcodes and activates the killswitch from the next boot... Regardless if you have activated a VPN...

    You actually wrote leaks into your rewrite that weren't there before. Not sure if you realise... It's actually way worse for leaks after you touched it. You tried to fix one problem, and you created 2 more that are way worse.

    Removing this and applying it to everything, auto-start or not, was a huge error.... CHANGED: At boot time, OpenVPN killswitch will only be applied for clients set to auto-start with WAN.

The change you were trying to implement, which was when it reboots, that it would act the same as wireguard and block connections until the VPN...
