Speculation: TheMoon spreads via a worm component that scans for vulnerable web servers, so if Access from WAN is Off along with the other router external hardening the risk is reduced significantly. Assumes Current Firmware, Unique Username & Password, and all of this OFF: Access from WAN...

    Release ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386_51668 (2023/11/30 )

I have two of these routers configured similarly both using AI Protection and the memory utilization is holding at 146-148 MB. Complaining about 85 MB used is hilarious IMO. By the way, 150 MB used is completely normal with this router. The more features you enable, the more memory it uses...

It seems you are correct. Amazon made a mistake. It hard to know whether these reviews are for the TP-Link EAP110-Outdoor or the EAP670 since the reviews are tagged all the same. This is an all too common mistake with Amazon. See reviews by Farming Engineer and David Palmer here...

    Release ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386_51668 (2023/11/30 )

Actually, if you're going to reset the settings after trying 51668 again, don't import. Reconfigure manually. That's the point (the existing settings could be causing an issue with the new firmware). My suggestion: If you haven't already done so, I would stay with 51665 for a week or so to...

    Release ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386_51668 (2023/11/30 )

No issues with speed. Anyway, stick with 51665 if you need to. But I think your issues are NOT related to your router and it's just a coincidence. Sounds like you are having ISP issues. I would call Rise. Important: Make SURE you didn't turn on "Adaptive QOS" -or- "Game" prioritizing in...

Does anyone know exactly what this means: "...excessive log generation due to bwdpi issue." 1. What's excessive log generation? 2. What's "bwdpi", how is it turned on and off and what was the issue? Thanks.
