How to upload on router? NoCatSplash on DD-WRT?

Does anyone know how to upload file to router that have DD-WRT firmware on.. i wanna to setup it for NoCatSplash to redirect my guests to my webpage first. Then after they accept term of use that they can continue with surfing on web. Came to forum over this link...
