    Thanks for the responses. After the upgrade to latest Merlin from factory firmware I did a Factory Reset via the control panel, not using the physical reset button and power cycled the device. And I did NOT use a saved config file for configuration, just reset and manually configured the router...

    I am using this router as an AP only. Still using factory firmware listed as 3.0.0.4.374_379 and hw revision is A1. I have not had a single reboot as an AP since the day I plugged it in and connected to my network. Possibly since I'm not using the majority of software functionality of the device...
