    For what it's worth, the RT-AX86U Pro running the stock ASUS firmware also crashes when starting up the VPN. It takes a bit longer for the crash to occur, but after about 60 seconds the router reboots. Before rebooting, I can see in the VPN FUSION GUI (the only place to configure a VPN Client)...
