    Thank you both. I have no idea if disabling the USB port was a deliberate choice by Netgear or something accidental. USB access is sort of essential to Voxel firmware, so I have no idea if this rules out adopting a later firmware base or if it can be overcome.

    Sorry I was not clear. All of the newer Netgear firmware appears to have disabled the USB port, which makes collecting LAN/WAN data almost useless because system memory is so small.
