    Need advice on wireless problem area

    I actually tried two of them. The power light is amber I think because they are not connected via ethernet. I would like something that I can plug into an outlet and have it broadcast the wireless signal.

    The current set up is cable modem into Linksys E2500 in Netgear Powerline XAV2001. The other XAV2001 is at the other end of the house with a computer attached to it. The problem area is a garage that was converted into a tv room. It gets so little wireless signal it's useless. What Powerline...
