    Shaw was here earlier and they tested it and told my wife and family that there is soo many interference in the house and moved the modem and wifi to different spots and told my wife to use channel 2 and 6 and 1 i believe since there is alot of interference coming from the landlord downstairs...

    yeah its a cisco modem/router so i call them when i buy a router to put it on bridge mode, i will ask the isp if they have just modem with no wifi built in? is that what your telling me? sorry english is not my first language.
