Deciding between R6900, EA7500 and ac68u

My main concern is throughput because I live in a 900 sq.ft. condo with many rooms. My internet connection is fiber with 100/30 Mbps speed. ISP give me Huawei hg8247h, which has very bad signal so I need a new router to increase my wifi range. There are total of 12 devices and all of them...
