    Checked and it's not using LAN 1, it only started occuring when I bought the Nvidia Shield. Will try different cable/port/change to wifi but none of those are really the root cause. I'll try to grab some traffic from the wire the next time it occurs.

    Running Nvidia Shield 5.2 (5.1 same issue) and using an Asus RT-AC87U router on the latest firmware (also tried latest merlin firmware) and the Shield is causing the CPU to jump to 100% on the Asus router. The shield does not have to be doing anything but I can prove it is the problem but...
