    FWIW you can also SSH from the Windows Command Prompt. Figured this out last week. But I've been using XShell for a few years now.

    Based on the changelog and comments, I'm taking away that I shouldn't try to update an RT-68U *through* a (needed) OpenVPN connection while I'm away. Seems like too many things could go wrong and I'd lose the VPN server. Concur?

    Hey guys, great discussion and thanks so far! I tried MaziaBebop's static route but no success. Unable to ping 192.168.100.250 or access the app GUI at either 192.168.2.254:8123 or 192.168.100.250:8123. HOWEVER. Putting the RPi in the DMZ DID allow me to access it at 192.168.2.254:8123...

    REALLY? Man, that's a bummer. I literally just set up this router brand new a month ago. At the command line, df suggests that /jffs is only 7% full. (3608 of 45544 blocks).

    Nope. This one is an RT-AC86U at my in-laws' house. Trying to set up a VPN here so I can access US-only websites + Skynet/Diversion when traveling overseas. Edit: now that 3100 is surplus... thinking of setting up Suricata on it and putting it outside the 86 for IPS. :p
