Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.4 is now available

my upload speed seemed halved on 388.4 vs 388.2_2 so I rolled back on my GT-AX6000 seems as soon as I did, it went up 500/500 connection sometimes hits 600/600 but I was getting like upper 400's to lower 500's down and 200 best up. After downgrade, 400. And on re-runs in 500 to lower 600 up...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.4 beta is now available

thanks- in any case, onto greener pastures with this RMerlin (stable or beta) over official fw it seems ya? Perhaps I'll dive into 'beta land' at end of day

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.4 beta is now available

Can you elaborate, curious! you were having issues with the latest stable RMerlin, and the beta fixed stuff for you? what the use case? makes sense, I thought lots of users here that chime in on betas require stability though (for tons of clients and/or family not bickering lol) -- at...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.4 beta is now available

What is it about betas that you guys levitate towards, just like being on the bleeding edge? Or that smooth an experience with RMerlin + beta no reason not to? Just curious :) just went from 3.0.0.4 official to latest 388.2 stable (non-ROG, nice to be done with the IMO tacky and bloated gaming UI)

on official 3.0.0.4.388_23285 on my gt-ax6000, I can dirty flash to this rmerlin beta (the non-rog version)? ..also do you guys stay on betas when you have achieved stability and good results, or you just ride the beta train through and final releases? curious. 3.0.0.6 official final was a bit...

Honest review of Asus WRT 5.0 (3.0.0.6 Branch)

yeah but I dont think they are forcing upgrades on anyone with the gt-ax6000 totally understand wanting to go SMB tier though but considering you can get the router for like half MSRP open box, its still in a different price range

Honest review of Asus WRT 5.0 (3.0.0.6 Branch)

Yeah seems like Netgunk, Linksus, and ToiletPaper-Link all have their own sets of problems. Not simping for Assus, but CONsumer router landscape is a land mine. at least once you find a stable fw, you can always stay put (or revert if you went too far and found instability)

Honest review of Asus WRT 5.0 (3.0.0.6 Branch)

people who had a better experience with 3.0.0.6 beta are you going to return to that ? Or 3.0.0.4 stable?

Honest review of Asus WRT 5.0 (3.0.0.6 Branch)

Do you guys prefer 3.0.0.4 to even 3.0.0.6 for basic primary AP router functions?

Release ASUS GT-AX6000 Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_21514

im still on previous version ( 3.0.0.4.388_23285) and had 20 days uptime before a random reboot today :/ 1- should I roll the dice on stability and update to this latest? 2- Also think it's just a software quirk or something hardware related? AiProtection has been off, and upon reading...

ughhh just jinxed it, got a reboot after 20 some odd days is this cause of concern or just is what it is? wondering if its worth doing a hardware swap or not I have like 9 days left to decide, but I have a feeling I get another unit and it will do same thing. Probably just some software...
