    Whitelist filtering with port forwards?

I don't see anything listed there. However, under System Log, the Port Forwarding tab shows:Destination Proto. Port range Redirect to Local port Chain ALL UDP 5004 192.168.100.175 5004 VSERVER ALL UDP 5060 192.168.100.175...

    Whitelist filtering with port forwards?

I also noticed I left out DNAT Once I entered that in, I got the error that so, I changed it from a 3 to a 1 as recommended in a previous post. Once I did that, I did not receive any errors. Now, how can I verify that all is working as it should be?

    Whitelist filtering with port forwards?

Thanks Martineau for pointing that out. After I look at something so long, it's hard to see errors. :) As for the port number being tagged onto the end of the target I/P address, I was following a previous post. Dumping99 was wanting to go from port 8086 to 80. I assumed I would need to do that...

    Whitelist filtering with port forwards?

Hey guys, I've been trying to accomplish a similar task. I'm hoping you all might be able to chime in and help me figure this out. I want to essentially do the same thing as dumping99. I have a block of external ip addresses: 8.x.x.0/24 using ports 5060 and 5004 that I want to connect...

make one device connect to a specific range of IPs

Allow port forwarding to a device only from a specific IP Okay, So I have a device on my network that I want to restrict it's connections to a range of IP addresses. I don't want it to be able to communicate with any other external IPs other than those specified. The rest of the devices...

Phantom Phone Ringing! Only allow SIP traffic from a specific IP or range of IPs?

Hey guys, I have a Grandstream GXP2160 VOIP. It's setup using Asterisk through a local provider. I'm using an AC68U. For whatever reason, I've started getting phantom ringing (I literally get 50-60 "ghost" calls per day!). The phone IT person did some research and found that it's related to...

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

I checked the IP it's showing against the server's and it is showing mine. Thanks again to all who helped. Who would've thought something so simple would cause all of these headaches? That's usually how it goes. This problem has been SOLVED.

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

That's what it was. I changed it late last night and got it working.Thank you all for the help. I appreciate it. Now, for the last part of my original question... How can I test to see whether or not all of my traffic is going through the VPN or if it's just allowing me to get to the files I...

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

@Colin 1-4 are true, but as for the rest of your thoughts...I have no idea. That goes right over my head! I'm up for trying whatever I can to get this working. Thanks!

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

Do you guys have any preferred ranges that are unlikely to be in use? I think the VPN uses 10.x.x.x. If I remember right, the office uses a couple of them between 192.168.1-5.XXX. Should I use 169.254.0.0 through 169.254.255.255 or 172.16.0.0 through 172.31.255.255? I don't understand all of...

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

I'm not sure where to go from here. You would think that I would be able to view webpages, etc. however, when I go to any webpage, it's unable to load. as soon as I disconnect from the OpenVPN, I can hit refresh and it loads right up. Like I said above, I can't even access the router's IP...

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

Windows 7 Professional SP1 32bit, OpenVPN GUI v5. I'm pretty sure the server is set so that it will push the default route to me. When I initially got started with using OpenVPN, I had this problem and the technician that installed it said that he changed the configuration to allow me to...

No internet while connected to OpenVPN server after installing RT-ac68u

THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED The new ASUS RT-AC68U was using a different default IP range than the Linksys routers which is why the Linksys Routers would work. The AC68U's default IP range apparently matched another LAN at the office (where the server is). This was causing conflict between the...
