    I know, but than it is NOT a BETA. A BETA version is a test version, open for a selected group of users who voluntarily test it. If Netgear wants to have the hot fix used by all customers then don't call it BETA.

    Hi, I am considering using a EAX80 WiFi 6 extender, but want to make use of a wired backbone (so this extender is connected over ethernet cable to the router). When reading the specs I can't become sure that this device is supporting this. Is anyone knowing the answer?

    The modem part is set by the providers, so no choice in that. It is really about the ROUTER only, no modem and no wifi in it.
