    Node out of blue rebooting

    Hi, i have an ac88u , running merlin 2 x nodes ac86u, running stock about 2 hours ago, i changed the channel setting on main router, from 11 to auto setting seems now 1 of my nodes 2 hours later was rebooted ... is this normal behaviour? uptime of my mainrouter is still 23 days is this...

    hi @LimJK , thnx for feedback i have installed yesterday also stock on the nodes instead of merlin , lets hope that the firmware issue was the culprit Dust,,hmm dont think so... when node is offline, all LAN connected devices are still working, only the wifi is complete gone on the node, lan...

    ok, main router is now merlin, nodes are stock , lets see what happens coming days/weeks i really hope that they stay connected now

    yeah, did that when turning it on, while holing WPS, evetually the power goes off, never flashes, and it stays off the only lights were the lan cables that were connected, no other lights resetting with the reset button with 10-15 sec, that worked

    seems WPS hard reset didnt work, strange i press WPS button, then turn off when power led goes off, but power led stays off forever, it never does a hard reset anwyay, did the normal hard reset with the reset button, that worked

    yeah , why is that? why stock on node and merlin on main? why not merlin on node too? i dont want to copy config on nodes... i just want to use the cfg file , if in revert the main router from merlin to stock ..., but thats not possible?? why is that? is there some special setting in it?

    Hi i have setup an ac-88u main router and 2x ac-86u as nodes , all 3 devices running 386.3_2 firmware i have aimesh issues, so now i want to try stock firmware ... gonna first change my 2 nodes to stock, i keep the 386 baseline for those if still issues, i want to run stock on my main router...

    guys, i also recent bought the ac88u, always used merlin but seems this router have issues with port 5-8 , that fails is this issue still present in this firmware?

    is there an easy way to revert back to stock firmware on my nodes? should i just update the stock firmware over the merlin firmware? or do i need to hard reset it afterwards?
