    Well something isn't right. I can't connect to my IP cameras doing this. I can connect to them via wifi, but soon as I setup parental controls I can't access them via web/vpnServer, what am I missing?

    On the flip side, does that mean connected devices like IP cameras, PCs or bluray player sitting on your network would be an attack vector then? And if so how does one guard against that, given wanting/needing access to them remotely? I've long since deleted the ASUS app, find it doesn't serve...

    Is that VPN server &/or client? So is it possible that a MODEM that is bridged to the router be used to exploit this, and/or weak/poor password on said modem? Is there somewhere that explains all the VPN settings in one place, their risk & recommended setting?

    What I was finding, is that without scripts enabled yes Skynet would prompt to reboot router, but on doing so the internet connection would no longer work & there was no errors or anything to troubleshoot from & seemed like running any commands Skynet would only partially load, even after a reboot.

    Yeah I get that, but different like this? Left looks normal, right doesn't. Saved within 10minutes of each other. And considering the change of language issue happening with the firmware surely this shouldn't be ruled out as possible area to investigate.

    No absolutely not, not even from a specified IP. After had this happen previously, I went through everything & tightened everything up. EDIT: I've just saved/exported the settings, opened up settings.cfg file, & whole thing is in Chinese/Korean :mad::eek:.
