    With my Asustor NAS I am trying to use my 2.5Mbs port with my AX6000. I have a cat8 cable connecting Asustor port to the 2.5 on the 6000. Asustor says the 2.5 port is connected correctly.     Ad blocking has finally, totally gotten the better of me. Ads are still being killed on one test site and failing totally on another. I did nothing. Diversion is running and the blocking file has been updated. I go back to saying my router is haunted.

    Well when connected from the mesh lan port to the router it setup fine. So hardware/firmware are thankfully not an issue. Unfortunately, it also shut down the network. Yikes! My wife and daughter sure gave me the stink eye.

    The firmware on the mesh node is whatever is stock. I'll have to read up on how to check it and flash it. How can I match the firmware on the 3100 to the 3000 is Merlin is not released for the 3000?

    He is on a solo tour and he blew me away earlier this year. I did not think a few songs of his would translate well to solo, but he pulled it off. I met him outside the hall just on the way in. He was walking from the hotel with his backpack slung over one shoulder. A decent, down-to-earth guy.

    Interesting. I turned it off and ad blocking works now! The DNS leak test shows a series of Google addresses, no Ad Guard. One big step at a time I guess. thanks alot. Great idea. Bj
