Release ASUS ZenWiFi XT8 Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386.49873 (2022/08/04)

I'm having issues with this firmware, it's dropping back to 2,4GHZ backhaul. Reverting back to 9.0.0.4.386.48966. I'm also new to te forum and see all alot of people talking about 160mhz, is 80hmz better?
