    Any love for the RT-N16?

    This is a mighty fine discussion, mates. So, when it falls down, what would you guys say? Taken I don't need 5GHz, would the good ol' RT-N16 (½ the price) be just as good alternative for new router as the RT-N66U? Right now I'm kickin' it with the RT-N12 (v1, even so).

    Router choice: Linksys WRT110 vs D-Link DIR-655

    Just out of curiosity, how can DIR-655 handle 400 connections? Multiple subnets? I mean, the router (by default) operates on 192.168.0.0/24 (192.168.0.1-254), right? The router itself occupies one host (.1), leaving 252 hosts for connections. What piece am I missing out on here? PS. The...

    Problem hooking up netgear 3700 to dir655

    Setup is correct. Now just make sure either expand your subnet eg. 255.255.0.0 or have them work sideways on same network ie. 192.168.0.x.
