    Base on my experience with 1010+ it takes almost 24 hrs for a single 2TB hdd add on to my SHR 5 with 3 hdd. it sure saves me alot of trouble of copying the data out before rebuilding.

    Thanks guys for the advice. But i see also the testbed is using a core 2 duo and it's able to reach 100mb++. So i thought if i can reach at least 80mb+ it wouldn't be so bad :( I'll try running a raid 0 on my computer and see if that helps abit :)
