Compatibility with ASUS Router Mobile App

Asus Router Mobile app for the iPhone had an update today, and I can no longer connect to my router. My router now shows up as 'Unknown', and the screen graphics are now in Chinese. Was working before the app update. Any ideas? Here's some screen prints.
