    Using this method. It took about 8 mins before access is blocked. However, when unblock, access returns almost immediately. Its quite inconsistent. I'm at 15mins and access is not blocked as yet. I have looked through various posts for an answer but with no joy. Any advice is appreciated

    Thankyou ... :) I'm hoping that this router has a faster CPU and more RAM than the 68U that I have now... which it apparently does, mainly to handle VPN's. I like the fact that it has 8 ports and 2 of them can be used for LAG to my QNAP ... eliminating having to use a managed switch with IEEE...

    Only just joined SNB forums but have been using Merlin's FW on my RT-AC68U for sometime. I donated a while back but I will send another its important to keep projects alive and showing ones appreciation. Merlins FW is the only reason I am buying ASUS routers.
