    You can safe settings in Administration menu and restore it on 45 build. I think (I am actually doing this every time) that Factory Reset is recommended after upgrade/downgrade. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yes. I have a Windows PC with Windows 8.1 x64 on it. I try different rules for uTorrent app and still have no luck.

    Yes. But still there is no incoming connections allowed.

    I enabled Firewall in the settings http://note.io/1oODaEc then restart router manually and still nave no incoming connections on the selected ports on both my devices with uTorrent installed.
