    You can do it slightly differently to see the client names without using .LAN or local Put this into DNS servers but replace the IP with yours. [/168.192.in-addr.arpa/]192.168.50.1

    Most of the security risk is mitigated with secure mode, my suggestion was to test it to see if it helps, since back in the day symetric cause too many issues with games.

    Some one would have to write a specific script for it or Merlin would have to patch it into the firmware, which I'm thinking may actually be the case.

    Hmmm have you contacted your ISP in regards to the issue, specifically ask them about you lease times, you might want to message jack cheng he's an Asus regional head that was heading a project in regards to the ISP dhcp issues many he might be able to help.

    I would disable rebind protection and DNS sec see if that helps and see if removing the DNS over TLS helps. Also when was the last time you preformed a factory reset?

    After whitelisting have tried to refresh the browser or clear the browser cache.

    If you were supplied with login credentials then you should be set to pppoe rather than automatic IP which I have which is dhcp form my ISP (ipoe).

    So did your ISP give you a username and password to sign in or just a modem?

    Also try a Mac clone of an isp router to see if that helps, I know form experience because my ISP is painful like that.

    Try automatic IP, then set it to continuous mode that's what I'm using with my ISP the errors are gone and have been gone for ages.

    Try continuous mode instead of agresssive or normal in the the Wan tab.
