    don't restore from backup, I did this last time I set it up and got a messed situation. I don't get this but routers should allow us to do all the configs then reboot ONCE, not having to reboot after every config change.

    1-I did : cd /opt there is no opt directory. 2-I did: ps | grep xagent I got: 7078 root 1620 S grep xagent what does this mean?

    follow up, I must have set up something wrong as I tried to log in into my satellite but the main router password would not work, but will work for the router itself. I did the whole installation processes again. My only guess is that something wrong happened when I restored from a backup to...

    nope, as this also happens on my macbook which doesn't have this "feature". I also disabled it on my iphone. I think maybe something is wrong in my setup that needs a reset.

    Something weird is happening. I keep losing internet connection but only to my Apple devices. TV and android phone devices seem to keep working. I am running unbound+pihole+Voxel latest firmware. Any one has any theory why is this happening and how I can fix it?

    Using IP @Skippy will try but I don't see how that has an effect.

    my password is all lower case letters. I tried both admin and root on telnet and SSH, on MacOS and Windows. The onnly thing I can tell you that is different about my setup is that its attached to a raspberyy pi with PiHole (dns sinkhole) which I don't see why it will have a conflict with this.

    Yes exactly. I get: twice and on the third: In the past i did successfully log into telnet but since then I installed stock firmware that voxel recommends to downgrade to, reset, then installed Voxel firmware on top of that.

    Mine is not accepting the WebGUI password not over SSH or Telnet. It says " Permission denied (publickey,password)." I tried every password I have input in that device ever. I did tick the enaable telnet in debug.htm no use.

    There is something wrong with my router. It does not accept the WebGUI password for some reason. I went to 192.168.1.1/debug.htm and ticked Enable Telnet. What could be the issue?

    I am trying to telnet to Orbi to disable Disney Circle but the password and username are not correct. I am using the same password to access the router admin page. Whats the user? I tried admin, root, 192.168.1.1...no success even tried RBR50

    Mu-MIMO and Beamforming not enabled by default on Orbi

    This got me worried, Orbi default settings has beamforming and MuMiMo OFF by default. Now if those amazing features are really good and an improvement why would Netgear turn them OFF? There is another feature that is OFF which is fast switching. Any one has any explanation?

    One my side it could be total coincidence that once I installed the stock firmware my ISP servers went back on... but what are the odds of that... As I said before I tested on my ISP router and it was slow too

    yes i am completely surprised, Voxel was super stable for me i just update for the heck of it. Since last update everything worked fine until today morning. To be fair i did connect directly to ISP router which was slow to and maybe disconnects. After few hours of waiting when I installed stock...

    Any one faced significantly slow speeds on latest Voxel firmware? My internet has been super slow like 10-20Mbps all morning with internet disconnections. I installed latest stock firmware and reset now its fast again. I can't tell if its coincidence with my ISP having down time or not.

    With stock firmware i had finicky performance, its solid with Voxel thats my experience.

    Guys just so you know, it appears to be iOS. It has a new Wifi system that gives you a "private mac address" . When you disable that you no longer shoukd face the issue
