    Not sure I understand. I run 2 68s. Second in repeater mode. I connect them w the 5 ghz channel. Seems faster. I have 4 seperate SSIDs. Main router 2 and 5 Repeater 2 and 5 All different SSIDs

    You can change the wireless channels of the repeater. Click the SSID of each channel you want to change on repeater main page. They don’t look like links but they are. You can rename pick channels change security etc.

    I use different SSIDs. Main router has a different SSID for 2.4 and 5. Router in repeater mode uses two totally different SSIDs than main router and different for 2.4 and 5. I want to know which router I'm using. Desktop wired to router in repeater mode runs 56.96 down and 6.23 up. Wireless...

    N66U in repeater mode

    I have 2 N66R's in repeater mode. Merlin 41 build tx power at 100 for 2.4 and 5. This is on a 50/5 connection. Iphone 5s and Ipad 4 says 42.64 down and 6.28 up on Speedtest .net. Link rate stays at 243 Mbps. I use the 5 GHz band for the link and channel 48 seems to be the best. Also helped...
