    Voxel or anyone else with a R9000... Looking to see if any has had any experiences with the built in fan. Any one seen it work on it's own or has done any kind of heat test to see if the fan actually comes on if the R9000 is heated up. Seeing some posts about the fan not working on stock FW...

    If the RBS still connects, log in to its web page at the IP address it gets from the RBR. If it doesn't connect, do the following, Factory reset the RBS with a 15 second button press in back then release. Connect a wired PC to the back of the RBS. Wait about 5 minute. The PC will get a IP...

    When on stock FW, did the RBS inherit the device names correctly? Wonder if A reset maybe needed. Or Time...

    No there is 1 downloadable .zip file which contains two separate FW files. 1 is for the RBS which should be updated first RBS50-V9.2.5.1.10SF-HW.img, then the other separate file should be used to update the RBR lastly. RBR50-V9.2.5.1.10SF-HW.img

    I would also try a different wifi device as well to compare...see if problem is seen across all devices.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem/ONT your using with the RBR? Use whois look up sites to see where these IP addresses are coming from.

    Contact your ISP and have them change your WAN IP address on the WAN side/ISP Modem. use whois look up sites to see where these IP addresses are coming from.

    Next time, if you encounter problems after a FW update, try a factory reset and setup from scratch to see if the problem continues or gets resolved.

    Try a factory reset on the R7800 and setup from scratch? Try a different browser? IE11, Firefox or Opera. Be sure to clear all browser caches.

    Anyone notice that if you do a IP address reservation for any device, that after the change is applied the LAN side network looses internet access until the router is manually rebooted?
