RT-AC66U - Slow WAN to LAN

I have same problem, ISP (Rostelekom) FTTB PPPoE direct cable (4wire cable) to PC Lan 65Mbps, through router 26-30Mbps. HW acc enabled. Tried to flash 3.0.0.4.354 Beta - no change. Tonight I try to test with my old Trendnet TEW-672GR - it's ok.
