    Try running it from the setup menu, item (te)... that should give you some better verbose feedback as to why. Have you tried sending a test email from the AMTM email setup itself?

    I'm getting errors no matter what I try... the only time it doesn't error out is when you initially set up email functionality under config option #14, and select Y to send a test email.

    Have you tried both http and https? Does it need a special port, or just straight 80/443? Does it come back with anything or just a timeout/404?

    Sometimes it takes a while for github to catch up... but they both work the same exact way... I'm sure in a few more minutes, the force update would do the trick too. So I think I figured out why this was happening... Doing something new here, which is call for a shared email library script...

    WOW, that's really strange. If you have a copy of your old config, try restoring that, and running the script again? Does it revert it back to admin/admin?

    Sometimes you definitely need to take a collective look at all your cron jobs ( command: cru l ) to see when they all might kick off in order to make an educated guess on when to best kick off a backup job. Even then, you might sometimes run into other interference...

    This is the only difference between v1.8.14 and v1.8.15... (1) the script's version number, and (2) a URL change to point to a different shared email library repostory. There have been zero code changes made to the way backups are made.
