    Indeed, and thanks! I was using a Diversion feature incompatible with the new dnsmasq 2.90. Upgraded Diversion to v5.1.1, and then upgraded AC86U to 12_6. Everything appears to be working now (knock on wood).

    Yes, the default killswitch barely works, and that device may end up being un-VPNed quite easily, and connected to the network!     So I had the log for 12_6, and then the log for the downgraded 12_4. I stripped the leading time stamps, and diff'ed the 2. It looks like (a) DHCP is in fact run by dnsmasq (which is what's being updated in this version), and (b) 12_6 does not seem to offer IP addresses as version 12_4 does. I...

    Weird results. After I managed to stabilize AC86u to avoid crash rebooting, with this script it did it 3 times today (!) Post one of the crashes, all cron jobs came back (27), then disappeared after another one, and got back to (22) only. The scheduled reboot in the morning at 4:05 got 20 jobs...

    Scribe /usr/bin/logger messages don't make it to the log file - intermittent issue

    Quick update. After setting the cron reboot command to the following, the issue has gone away. Now the output appears to always be there: cru a ScheduledReboot "5 4 * * * /sbin/service 'reboot'"

    OK, a data point here. Could be not very helpful but anyways. I scheduled backupmon in 2 places, in post-mount, and services-start. First goes at 4:28, second at 14:46. The router reboots itself daily at 4:05. By the backup file time I can see if the 2nd job fired off. It seems to have about 50%...
