    Thank you skeal for your suggestions. I'll try and disable wifi on the Onkyo (pretty useless gui, so will just remove the antenna). When you refer to hostnames, is that "OnkyoWifi" vs "TXNR838", or is it something else (those two seem fairly distinct - to me).

    The router is running 384.5 at present, and there doesn't seem to be any issue. Will try to re-input settings manually when I get the chance. Please can you specify what you mean by "Modem leave on synchronised all the time"? Thanks for taking the time.
