    GT-AX6000 and 2.5Gb speedtest

Hi, I have from few days a fiber connection 2.5Gb/500Mbit (Italy) and when I try to test it with my PC (Ryzen R9 5900X, 64Gb RAM, M2 PCIx3 SSD, Intel I225V 2,5Gb NIC), I maxed out my CPU on the router (one core only, checked with HTOP) and the max speed on Download is about 1.8-1.9 Gb/s. With...

BACKUPMON BACKUPMON v1.5.10 -Mar 1, 2024- Backup/Restore your Router: JFFS + NVRAM + External USB Drive! (**Thread closed due to age**)

In case my SSD will fail, I plan to recreate only the partitions I need. I don't have any backup at the moment, since there is no easy/automatic way to do it (WinSCP) Yeah exactly; in the backup phase, selecting the partitions to be saved. In the restore phase, correlate the label and restore...

BACKUPMON BACKUPMON v1.5.10 -Mar 1, 2024- Backup/Restore your Router: JFFS + NVRAM + External USB Drive! (**Thread closed due to age**)

The problem arises since I had this SSD with a former router with Overlay partition and I don't need to save it (that is SDA1), but the other 2, rather optware and the storage partition, some MBs anyway

BACKUPMON BACKUPMON v1.5.10 -Mar 1, 2024- Backup/Restore your Router: JFFS + NVRAM + External USB Drive! (**Thread closed due to age**)

In case I have more than 1 partition to the EXT USB drive, is it possbile to back all of them up? I see the script is able to retrieve only the sda1 partition in this case. Thanks for all your efforts anyway!

    specific DNS resolve for VoWIFI

I can say a custom DNS resolve on a different fiber ISB than WIND could work, since one user in another (italian) forum fixed this by AGH (DNS rewrite), using this setting: (Link to the thread: https://forum.fibra.click/d/16694-vowifiwifi-calling-in-italia/556) Maybe I'm using the wrong...

    specific DNS resolve for VoWIFI

Yeah, and it's enabled by the operator (VoLTE works so also ViWiFi is active), but Wind Mobile lock this resolve on their DNS and you cannot use such DNS excepting with a Wind fiber connection. The only way I figured to sort this out is to put an entry in dnsmasq and it seems to work, since if I...

    specific DNS resolve for VoWIFI

Ok, this did the trick (address=/example.com/1.2.3.4), but now the service it's still not active on my phone. I'm investigating why

    specific DNS resolve for VoWIFI

Hi everyone, I'm currently using Merlin 388.2_2 and Diversion and I'm trying to figure how I can activate a specific resolve for this entry: epdg.epc.mnc088.mcc222.pub.3gppnetwork.org --> 151.58.176.144 For all the IP in my LAN (10.128.1.0/24) My mobile provider bound this resolve...

Scribe scribe 3.x_y - syslog-ng and logrotate installer

I've just updated to Scribe 3.0.0 and if I restart it I get this warning in the startup log: checking directory links ...cat: read error: Is a directory rm: '/jffs/syslog.log' is a directory rm: '/jffs/syslog.log-1' is a directory /jffs/scripts/scribe: line 95: can't create /jffs/syslog.log-1...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 Beta is available for select models

And you see all connected without issue on your Aimesh tab on the main router?

    Thank You @RMerlin

Here from the beginning, with RT-N66U: thank you Eric!

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 Beta is available for select models

Dirty upgrade from 386.7_2 for both GT-AX6000 and RT-AX86S to 388.1 beta 2. All seems working so far; the only minor bug is related to Aimesh, not showing the connection between nodes, but still it works

    Router webpage not loading correctly

I have the very same problem, with both my old RT-AX86U (386.5_2 and 386.7) and now GT-AX6000 (386.7) (just an example webpage, it occurs randomly on different sections of the webUI): In my case, a Shift+F5 fixes the issue: I'm using Chrome, latest version and I'm on https only webUI; maybe...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.7 is now available for all models

I tried 386.7_1 test build on my RT-AX86U and it seems all like in the 386.7, I mean regarding IPv6; in my case /48 prefix assigned by my ISP still become a /64, but @Tvlz told me it's normal

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.7 is now available for all models

Thanks and sorry: I now realized I know nothing on IPv6! Eh eh

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.7 is now available for all models

It is, but still, why drop this feature if it'd be available?

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.7 is now available for all models

Is that eventually possible to revert this change back and having the full functionality of /48 bit prefix, in case your ISP provide it?
