    Tutorial Wireguard server tweaks

Yes, everything works. Don't know why but the clients all need a restart, otherwise they don't sense the new server. Very strange behaviour....

    Tutorial Wireguard server tweaks

Same wan. Asus router connection established. Openwrt router no connection until I restart client wireguard or reboot the client router. Don't know what to say.

    Tutorial Wireguard server tweaks

Well, the transfer of the key from asus router to openwrt was long and tedious... why thet put them in the nvram variables and not in a .conf file? Ranting apart, the openwrt router was configured with a 192.168.0.0/32 subnet and 51819 port for wireguard. The rest mimics perfectly the asus...

    Tutorial Wireguard server tweaks

I'd like to preserve the old keys... I've about 5 clients and rekeying all of them is a pain in the butt. For now I'm experimenting a migration to an old openwrt router, just to see which key goes where.

Yes, the interesting part is how to retrieve Asus wireguard config. Cause I'd like to not reconfigure all the keys

    Wireguard site to multisite

Hello, I confirm that it works, I made a mistake in one client config that partly broken the tunnel. Main benefit of wireguard over openvpn is that it gives new life to a lot of old/low cost openwrt router. No way you can find a router for 29 euro that gives over 50mb on an openvpn tunnel...

    Wireguard site to multisite

Well I modified the server side and everything it's ok. Then this morning I edited Office 2 and when I add 10.6.0.0/24 the tunnel falls apart, no connection. It's a busy week at work so I think I'll postpone the investigation to the weekend....

    Wireguard site to multisite

ok, i’ll try to add 10.6.0.0/32. I think I stripped it in the process to obtain the split tunnel (in the original config I achieved a full tunnel, which I don’t want). Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll follow up

Wireguard site to site help - AVM Fritzbox strange behavior

Well, in the end there's no easy solution to the problem. Fritzboxes have a non-standard wireguard implementation and the only way to fix it is to build a firmware from Freetz (a github project) with standard wireguard and flash it. The solution is appealing, but impossibile for me: fritzbox is...

Buy a Tplink ER605 or an Edgerouter ER-X. Then put it in front of asus and behind the nokia and the spectrum.
