    Apple Wi-Fi updated and MU-MIMO

That came from "System Log - Wireless Log", though when I look at the low level details as you did, my iPhone 14 also says no.

    Apple Wi-Fi updated and MU-MIMO

My Apple devices, at least the iPhone 14, show MU-Beamforming being used.

    Fun with ChatGPT...

    I'm so sure! Like totally!

    Fun with ChatGPT...

I grew up in the Valley Girl days but the use of the word "like", inserted into every sentence, often multiple times, is so annoying today.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.7 is now available

I noticed on my router that at some point Roaming Assistant was visible and enabled. I could have sworn it either wasn't there before, or if it was, it was disabled. Maybe it became visible when I switched to my GT-AX6000. Disabling it solved some issues that had popped up.

Channel and Width not following settings

Big thanks for this script. I live in a highly congested area and I'm able to use DFS channels, mostly channel 132. Every once in awhile it will get kicked down to a non-DFS channel, but no more.

Sudden increase in bufferbloat with Cake QoS when nothing's changed?

I find that particular website to be inconsistent. I prefer fast.com; click on settings and check each box. The closer the loaded and unloaded latency are, the better.

Is safe to setup "Alert preference"?

It's best to create an app specific password from within your Google account. That being said, the throwaway account I used that worked for a long time has NOT worked for a long time. Not sure if it's just my experience or not.

    TP-Link Archer High Vulnerability

12 years ago I began switching over to Apple products for myself and the family. I got tired of broken Windows updates, Windows updates that would take hours, and on and on. Apple stuff just flat out works and integrates so well between devices. There isn't anything I can think of that I have...

    Settings don't stick RT-AX88u Pro

Have you tried using a Private window in Safari? That has worked for me in the past.

[RELEASE] ECLIPSEMON v0.0.1 - Crazy Complex Solar Eclipse Astronomical Calculator to predict if a Solar Eclipse will appear today!

I've been lucky that I've been able to experience 3 full, or close to 100%, eclipses in the last 7 years. 2017 was the first one while living in the St Louis, MO area. We moved to Santa Fe, NM in 2019 and got to experience the full eclipse of Oct 14, 2023. We moved back to the St Louis, MO...

    RX usage tripled

I read this and sympathize with you and anybody with kids is going to push or exceed the cap. 5 years ago I moved from a Spectrum area to a Comcast area and the data caps were annoying and nothing but a money grab for a money grubbing, unaccountable, corporate conglomerate. Thankfully we moved...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.12_6 is now available for AC models

If you haven't already tried, forget the network and reconnect. I've found our Apple devices, especially iPhone's, to need this on certain firmware upgrades.

What is the cost of 1gb plans in your country

I recently moved and therefore moved on from Xfinity and into Spectrum territory. I was able to get 500 Mbps for $49.99 for 24 months along with a $100 Visa gift card. I also moved our two cell phones from Xfinity Mobile to Spectrum Mobile as one line with free unlimited talk, text and data...

CVE 2023-50868 and CVE 2023-50387 in dnsmasq when DNSSEC is enabled

That works for me too. I did a "pihole -v" earlier and it didn't show the update being available on there or on the web interface. Thanks for the heads up!

CVE 2023-50868 and CVE 2023-50387 in dnsmasq when DNSSEC is enabled

You have to switch to the development branch to get this version correct? I don't see a version release of v5.25 yet.

vnStat [Release] vnStat-on-Merlin - UI, CLI and email - data use and data limit monitoring - R1 and R2

I appreciate your help. Everything was set up via command line. I DM'd the output but had to split it up as it was more than 10,000 characters. The plain text option slipped right past my aging eyes. I tried it and got the same result.
