    Well thats what i mean, asus wrt dhcp was set hardcoded at like 1min or something, and that screwed up the timing with starlink. If I can ill find a link, not that it matters. I spend time on IRC #asuswrt and st users were having major issues before i even got mine.

    ok, this may take me a few days. Ill probably just take it off dual-wan. Powercycle the Starlink and see whats happening during that period. Just a fyi, with the first gen starlinks people couldnt even use asus routers over this, i had read on it. Something about the lease time screwing up...

    Isnt the top of that the failback monitoring? The gui shows secondary disconnected, and the internet isnt usable, besides doing a direct ping -I eth5 (secondary)

    It does come up hot, i have to play with the switching some more, it seems to still when goign to secondary its connected and active , but then 20-30 seconds later switches to disconnected (when it showed disconnected i could ping -I eth5 8.8.8.8 fine).     Im sure you know it more then me, but when starlink would lose signal, it would switchover. And the basic router/ethernet connection was still up. Why would it do ping monitoring to like google or microsoft if it just wanted a link?
