[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

There's no such line in the server side (AC68) but this line is in my client's (PC) OVPN file . When setting it, I am getting the errors below : Thu May 18 15:03:57 2017 TCP/UDP: Preserving recently used remote address: [AF_INET]12.34.56.78:1194 Thu May 18 15:03:57 2017 UDP link local: (not...

Thu May 18 09:47:58 2017 WARNING: --ns-cert-type is DEPRECATED. Use --remote-cert-tls instead. Above is the message I am getting on my ovpn client but using --remote-cert-tls will never allow me to get a working connection. Anyone with this issue too?

Glad you're recovering and feeling better. Don't work too hard on this firmware. Health comes first. Get yourself well and then bounce back here. We're all very thankful here for all you have done thus far.

I bought a couple of TMOBile Cellspot routers and flashed the CFE into AC68U. Goes for less than 60 bucks a piece on ebay. Quite happy so far but you will need to do some work to it it started.

Updated How-To? TM-AC1900 (T-Mobile Cell Spot) to Merlin Firmware Guide?

Without the telnet open, by enabling the SSH functionality, I am not sure if it's safe to use "ssh" terminal to flash the old CFE into the router or must I flash it with the telnet terminal? I am on the same 2.1.2.6 bootloader too. Any luck so far?

    Selective Routing with Asuswrt-Merlin

Awesome. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am totally comfortable with the CLI/CFE stuff. Just needed the link and right areas to edit.

    Selective Routing with Asuswrt-Merlin

This is a little off topic. I bought a couple of TMobile TM-AC1900 since it is supposed to be the same as the AC68U. How can I flash it to this firmware?

Thanks. Shall turn on debug and see what's going on. Running the arp command in the shell shows multiple "bogon" lines with MAC and no IP addresses strangely. And this is for my devices like 2 IP cameras and a Windows 10 client. Not sure what might be causing this.

@john9527 After I upgraded to E4 from E2, my client list keeps showing as "0" even after 30 minutes. Is there a command line or something to reset the list?

If you have never turned it on before, you're fairly safe from any problems. But if you have, you need to backup the JFFS folder and reformat it after flashing the new firmware then restore the backed up files.

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Does it work with HW acceleration now? Or this new QOS will still disable HW acceleration? Why I am asking is because I have a fairly quick fiber connection which didn't work too well when HW acceleration is disabled. With HW acceleration, I get approximately 850mbps down and 480mbps up. Without...

Thanks for the latest release. Do I need to take note of anything else if I am upgrading from your B9 release?

Hi, previously I had custom commands set to start which I put into the "wan-start" script in /jffs/scripts which is executed on router WAN start. It does not seem to get started anymore. Could someone share where I should be placing my custom commands?

Your main Router will have no idea about the existence of any other SSIDs since its packets are coming in from the LAN port which the AP is connected to at the Router side. But if the AP is plugged directly to one of the ports of your router, you might be able to use bridging controls possibly...
