    Both TLS 1.3 and Encrypted SNI is depending on your browser not stubby. As far as I know; both Firefox and Chrome latest versions support TLS 1.3 so I think you are using older version of these or using another browser which doesn't support TLS 1.3.     How often do you guys reboot?

    Currently; my 88u is up for 33 days 17 hours 25 minute(s) 59 seconds. I don't reboot as long as I face a problem and before reboot I try everything I can to fix the problem without reboot. Everything in its right place :)

    There is a file named "whitelist" on the USB drive that is attached to your router, under \share\diversion\list. You can add domains by editing this. After saving this file don't forget to Process Whitelist manually.

    probably you are also blocking your DNS server. Check General Log, it'll show the incoming blocked packets with source and destination IP addresses.

    As I checked skynet is blocking the IP address 167.99.129.42 which belongs to "dns-over-https.com" if you're using skynet try unbanning this IP address and try again.

    I'm not sure but since I can't see DNS queries on my router when I've set "network.trr.mode=2", so I think yes, firefox will invalidate Stubby and router. Stubby and router is under my control so I don't need "Encrypted SNI", I only need encryption between my router and DNS server :)
